Duties include:
• General maintenance
• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
• General contracting
• Flooring, countertop, cabinet, and tile installation, etc.
Qualifications include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable, insured vehicle (may be required to assist at other properties)
• Experience desired, but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to haul materials is required. Must have a clean background.
