Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent is considered late after the 5th and a $10% late fee will be applied to your account. Any late payments must be in the form of a cashier’s check, money order or credit/debit card.
We accept credit, debit, cashier’s checks, money orders and personal checks only. NO CASH! You can also pay through your AppFolio tenant portal.
1. Online (Preferred Method): Log in to the Appfolio Portal App or visit lighthouseknox.appfolio.com/connect to log in to your online portal and submit a new maintenance request. Select “Request Maintenance” to submit a non-emergency maintenance request to the AI Concierge.
