Setting up your online account is simple! There are two ways to access your account:
Download the RENTCafe app on your phone
Enter the property address. You can also search by Lighthouse Management.
Enter your email address, password, and security question. The information you enter must match the information registered with the office. Each resident wishing to obtain account access must register their email address with the office.
They will send a verification to either your phone number or email. Once you verify your account, you will be able to set up online payments, recurring payments, enter work orders, etc. Once you verify your account, you will be able to set up online payments, enter work orders, etc. If there are additional residents in your house/apartment, please be sure they update their information as well.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent is considered late after the 5th and a $10% late fee will be applied to your account. Any late payments must be in the form of a cashier’s check, money order or credit/debit card.
We accept credit, debit, cashier’s checks, money orders and personal checks only. NO CASH! You can also pay online at RentCafe.com
For non- emergency maintenance issues call 865-200-8345, email us at email@example.com, submit request through RENTCafé, or click below. Please note that all maintenance calls are processed the next business day and are serviced as soon as possible. Our office hours are 8:30 – 5:00 M-F
If you have an emergency after hours or over the weekend, call
865-200-8345, and select option #3. Be sure to leave name, address, and phone number and a detailed description of issue. All emergency calls will be serviced as quickly as possible.
*Just a reminder air conditioning and hot water problems are not considered emergencies and should be reported on non-emergency line.
