Pricing information

Application Fee

The application fee is $75/adult 18 years and older living in the house.

Security Deposit

Security Deposit is equal to the amount of rent. For information regarding a specific property, please call or text us at (912) 733-5153, or click the "Available Rentals" tab in the header above.

Pet Policy

Out Pet Fee is $150/pet, with a pet rent of $25 per pet per month. Not all of our properties are pet friendly, and some breed and weight restrictions apply.
